Expect standard digs, dings, minor stock cracks and bluing wear but all are very functional and should make great shooters in addition to being nice surplus collector pieces. These rifles are in original surplus turn in condition and will have an overall average condition of high end Fair to mostly Surplus Good cosmetic condition. It is chambered in 7.92×57mm ( 8MM Mauser ) caliber. The Spanish M43, was produced in La Coruña until 1957, it was a variant of the 98k with a straight bolt handle, a front sight guard and a handle groove in the front stock much like the earlier Reichspostgewehr. It is based on the German K98 Mauser and is chambered in 8mm Mauser.
